Level 2 - Implementation

This is the second half of our new "Mechanical Automation" series. All students must complete the first course prior to taking this.

Topic include:

- Framework fabrication and assembly (wood working and possible welding)
- Drive mechanics (Gearing, chain drives, cabling, etc)
- Electrical systems (wiring, cable management, motor polarity)
- Computer system installation
- Controller software configuration and calibration
- 3D design
- 3D printing (several small pieces we actually design and print)

By the end of class, students should be comfortable creating a computer controlled mechanism of just about any size, anywhere.
